I have added a radio frequency table to the Pages section of our group
page to ensure we have no further channel conflicts while sailing.
When you have a spare moment, please check your radio & indicate which
one you are currently using.

If you are using a radio frequency that its not listed, please feel
free to add it in the appropriate spot.

Everyone has the ability to edit this page so please DO NOT DELETE -
only add your name & your boat beside the corresponding channel.

Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

work.

I failed to mention that if we have a duplicate frequency / channel
listing, there are several remedies to fix this.

Depending on the radio & frequency, most can be changed out by
swapping with new crystals that can be purchased at any local hobby
store. For those who can't, a new radio will be required
Those using the HiTec AM radios that came with the Monsoons are
limited to 6 channels & operate on 27.095Mhz. New 2/3 channel radios
typically retail under 400rmb at MaxHobby & other local hobby
stores.

I will be upgrading to a 2.4Ghz spread spectrum radio soon & will have
a few spare radios available which I'll be more than happy to let go
for nominal cost.

This is just a friendly reminder to check your radio channel & post
what you are using on Radio Frequency Table in the Pages section. The
page is open to all members to edit & is an important step in
preventing potential radio conflicts with other sailors.

In all fairness to those who have taken the time to post their
channel, if anyone shows up to sail on Sunday without having done so &
then finds they are in conflict with someone who's listed, you'll not
be allowed on the water until you change your channel.

Let me know if anyone has any questions. Thanks.
