Thank you for the update!
Have there been any updates on getting some form of shared-use connection across the site that will generally remain open during events?
For instance, the 17th Ave Protected Bike Lane connects to Empower Field, but then there is no connection to the South Platte River Trail that remains open during games.
Furthermore, I have concerns about the plans that seem to have the primary bike connection sharing the roadway with what will likely be a significant amount of vehicle traffic.
For both reasons, it seems reasonable to request a shared-use connection over the site where people attending the event exit early to ground level leaving a clear connection over the site for those just passing through.
Hopeful to hear progress from the project team, even though this is something that generally won't impact me individually.
