Second instalment

Has anybody paid second instalment (anything more than the booking amount) or has proceeded with the agreement formalities? Its been quite some time I've been on the site and would also like to know the progress. Last time (sometime in mid-Oct) piling was almost done (of all buildings) but what's the current status?
