Regarding second installment

The email chain is still continued so I thought of posting the question on this forum.
 
Are there more people who have paid the second installment or I am among very few who have paid the second installment?

I have paid the second installment (10%) considering the email from builder (onkar) for registration. how many people have paid the second installment?
Posting this on forum to avoid email chains..please reply on forum.

Hi all,
i'm going to wait to pay till registration. Builder is saying that registration has been started. But can we know the no.s of aggrement done actually ?
I was told that you pay 2nd installment & can wait up to jan for aggrement if you don't have enough arrangement

Hi People,

I believe most of us have tried to approach builder in different ways and get the lastest update on plan, site building progress, time taken to complete, banks approval issues and etc. However, the email sent by Omkar was pretty clear that site building is in progress and flat handover will be given on promised time which is (Expected, Diwali 2014). I personally went to the site and there is work going on in full fledged. So, I don't think builder would ever try to cheet on us after booking the entire Phase 1 project. When I spoke to Omkar couple of weeks back he mentioned that Government has come up with some set of rules for all Builders across Maharashtra in which they have to make certain changes in Phase 2 and they are not gonna touch Phase 1 as all flats are sold out. So after making some changes in Phase 2 they are waiting on approval.

He has also requested to start with agreement if anyone has approached certain banks and got the sanctioned letter. Yes, I agree that all documents are required but unless we get their advise on certain topics we cannot get conclusion. If we approach any other banks besides HDFC definately they would ask for all kind of  documents as builder is yet to get approval from those banks.

If everyone has seen the email chain, someone has mentioned that 6-7 agreements are already done. Also, 2 days back when I spoke to HDFC Bank guy who mentioned that West Coast Park is approved by HDFC, he mentioned that they have processed almost 15 agreements till now. 

One question I need to ask everyone. When we are approaching banks like SBI, LIC HF, ICICI and UTI do these banks provide some good benefits or discounts in percentage, interest? If I am correct interest given by all banks are almost same (10.50% above 30 lacs) and as per percentage on loan is 80% and 20% we have to pay to the builder.

i have paid 2nd installment almost 20%of cost ,,,and ready with loan sanction.
i find its going ok so far..

Hi,
I didn't paid anything. I have booked flat in C building and Omkar told that form dec 1st week c building procedure will start.
