Possession Date & Maintenance Amount (A&B- Building)

Dear All

Why there is no proper date provided by the builder?

Why is he taking maintenance money when it is actually not required as the building is new & it is his responsibility to fix the things?

There has been discussion in a group about the electric points provided by the builder are less need to check this & talk to him.

Also the grill fixed by them is actually just a show need to talk about this.

He is not going to provide entire amenities to us immediately then why they are asking the money for?

If there are more points to be discussed please add so together we will try to have a solution for that.
