I am from B WING, Umesh Kadam, since long time and had no contact to you all, GOOD MORNING first.

 

is there anypeoples from A and B Wing who made an Agreement and paid 30% instalments.

 

please confirm, i had a long discussion with Omkar regarding consequences in agreement format but he didnt agreed to change.

 

rest, site progress is little slow but seems OK!

Hi Umesh,

I am from A Wing. You are correct there were no changes done to the agreement even after long discussion. However, I have completed all my agreement procedures and just waiting for flat to become ready. I believe the percentage will very on case by case basis. Some of them might have paid 20% and some might have paid 30 or 40%. But I got the information that most of them are done with the agreement.
