Hello Friends,
 
When I called to Pate Developers Office, I was informed over the phone that the flats will be handed over to owners from October 1'st onwards.I have a concern on the Compensation for the period from July onwards.
Did anyone of you visit the office in person?
Did anyone of you had any answer from Pate developers on the Compensation?

SIr,

I also spoke to mr zende. HE informed me of the same that flats will be handed over 1 st october onwards. However, i am not aware of any clause which entitles us for compensation for late handing over. If any thing  of this nature is there then kindly let me know.

We had spoken to their sales person about the compensation.
He said he had no idea about it.
We plan to visit the office coming Saturday.
I speculate more delay in possession.

Hi my new neighbours,

Even I have spoken in Pate office last week and they mentioned that flats will be handed over to us from 1st Oct 2015 - 15 Oct 2015. However, the compensation which they mentioned in agreement will not be given since July 2015. They gave the reason as there was a delay in Government approval for Environment Clearance. I have already told them to consider something as its been long time to handover the flats to us. We need some clearance on this topic as they should have got these approval prior to starting projects. 

I am not sure if you people have checked the agreement clearly because it states with 7 points. (If any of the 7 points are reason of delay in handover then the compensation will not be paid). In those 7 points delay in government approval is part of it. Please read your agreement document carefully.

Hope this helps. But, if you guys get a chance to talk in Pate office about this please update.
