Allocation of parking space

Hello,

     Greeting to all, Its been half a year since we got possession of our flats, and we are thankful to pate developer's team for quality work done for West Coast Park. but now is time to look into some pending issues.

     This are issues which will lead to complete chaos if not attended on urgent basis.but on first we should focus on single issue where everyone has interest.

Allocations of Parking:

1. Allocation of parking space should be done on priority.

2. As per our observation there are only approx 60 parking spaces (which can actually used for car parking under A and B building each).

3. Is there any separate provision for bike parking? If yes then please provide so as to avoid conflicts in between occupants.

4. Parking allocation should be in the manner as everyone should get there parking space easy to access and fair allocation.

    Please we all request you to look into this issue on priority. We already facing issue with parking cars as single bike to single car parking is found everyday and we do not have much parking space usable left now.  If this is case with bellow 50% occupancy then imagine what will happen in future.
