Feedback required from all!

Dear All,

 

I wish to receive a consolidated feedback on this topic for the reference of all of us which shall keep all updated & we all should be in one direction so the builder will not sit on our head.

• Builder is just asking the money but is delaying in providing the essential papers, is it correct?
• The way of treating customers has been changed after we paid the initial amount?
• The way the project is going seems it will not complete in the given time, your views on this!
• The bank options will be over & now we need to focus on the updates of the project & push builder to the limits & get a proper work done by him.

The below were the previous queries there were many views but no updates were provided.

• Is the new plan matching the catalog shown to us?
• The mother's deck (children play area) in between building B & C doesn't exist in the newly sanctioned plan. Instead open parking is shown at that place. Why?
• Allotment of parking should be done not by lottery system but by building wise. This does not make any sense that person living in building A has the parking in building D. This should be taken care by the representative of the people going to live in the west coast park.
• Is it going to be the society system or the apartment system? As the rules & regulations are different. (Should be discussed with the lawyer)
• Suggest to all please go through the revised NA order and discuss with the lawyer.

What are the papers, you mean?

As many of us are sort of illiterate in this paper work and it's importance ,,we have to be very categorical in this issue ,and require lawyers help.builder so far saying all is well .
