I recently had a word with Mr. Mehta as per him A block lift will be fixed mid of June & the completion certificate will take another two months we can consider couple of months on top of that which results in Oct - Nov. 

Hope this Diwali we will get the possession. I wish you all the best. And do update if anyone has any.

Is that someone told you about this date or it's your guess?Because When i visited Pate Developers Office last month, They mentioned that they are working on giving possesion by July.

Guys, If it goes beyond July then we need to talk about the compensation.

Dear Friends

I am also disappointed with constant possession date changes, every time I asked they increased it by 2 months. From Dec 2014 they change to March 
  then to Jun 2015 and now they are not confirming anything.

Can we do something? Please let me know.

Me too disappointed with possession delay, 3.5 years is too much time for possession & still they are extending. rather than finishing the current sites in hand they are just introducing new projects.
