Registration extended to 5/9/11

To all,

The spring session registration has been extended until May 9th,
2011. If you plan on having your children participate for this
saturday's meet please register immediately. For new members I need
you to scan the birth certificate and send it to me today (Monday, May
2, 2011). It is imperative that you get registered today (with the
WCTC) and send me the birth certificate today. I will need to send
this birth cert in to UAGTCA today so that your child is
"authenticated" for this saturday's meet.

Several of you may have gone through this process earlier in the year,
I apologize in advance for the West Chester Track Club, and will ask
that you complete this process again. I have sent a private email to
those that this applies to.

IF YOU ARE RUNNING IN THIS SATURDAY'S MEET AND YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED A
PERSONALIZED EMAIL FROM ME THEN YOUR REGISTRATION, BIRTH CERTIFICATE,
AND PAYMENT ARE ALL COMPLETED.

Once again I apologize to those parents that need to re-register AND
need to give me a scanned copy of their children's birth certificate.

Unfortunately, this is closing week for me, I may not be able to make
today's practice OR tuesday's, I am however availabe by text, email,
or phone, and would be willing to accomodate any parent that wants to
speak to me personally.
