Urgent: Confirming RYLC Delegate slots

Hello all,

This email is to confirm the number of delegates you all are sending to RYLC.

The following numbers are based on the number of delegates confirmed to Divya by each LC in a previous email.

Ahmedabad - 10

Baroda - 10

Indore - 10

Mumbai - 10

Navi Mumbai - 15

Pune (+Goa) - 20

Surat - 10

I want you to understand that these numbers are indicative of the number of delegates coming to a conference and these are the expectations the hosting LC will have to prepare for the conference which as of now is a sum total of 85 Delegates.

I would like to however, mention a couple of points -

Confirming less delegates means you are bringing less delegates to the conference,
It also means that the host LC will not prepare for more delegates, making it impossible to manage should there be too many more delegates.

The idea behind confirming delegates in advance, is so that we can be more professional and organised and also so that we can deliver a better conference to our new recruits.

I urge you all to make more realistic assumptions and help us arrive at a more accurate estimate of the number of delegates at the conference.

Please confirm by tomorrow if as to how many delegates are you REALLY planning to bring - even if the estimate is conservative to be safe.

The deadline for the same is tomorrow night.

Hope to have all of you on board so that we can deliver a better conference TOGETHER for the West and Central Region.

Hello Shail,

For me it is extremely difficult because a lot of colleges are having internal exams. We will be hoping to get approximately 40 delegates for the conference. I do want to confirm at least 30 people but I will only know in the next 2 days after the GD PI rounds are over.

I will check tomorrow again and see what we can do.
