Hello All

DECEMBER!!!

It's already the last month of the year and the winds of change are already blowing, there is so much to do, yet so little time.

The year will start to mean so many things, now and in the immediate future and it is important to build something that will last beyond you. Transition, Recruitment, OS Evolution, pipeline are the building blocks for AIESEC to mean better and more in your LC and to see what you have so passionately contributed to unfold into what you thought it could be.

Its that time of the year, where every minute counts and how fast you move may define how far you will go.

LC performance check ( 1/8/2012 - 31/12/2012)

Inferences:

- ALl TMP / TLP Stats have to be on myaiesec.net within the week, a few LCs and almost all our expansions (IG & OE) stats are not on the system, the problem with myaiesec.net is fixed, please put them up NOW, this is top priority

- Poor Delivery in oGIP can easily be attributed to the wrong raising, please follow the national oGIP raising drive now in order to kickstart the portfolio next year (21 IT/Engineering EPs), get in touch with your VP oGIPs for more details

- Deliver your oGCDP forms today!!! Its time to match all our forms for December and January. Get in touch with vaibav and the NST for information on country, visa and other details but all the information is already with the VP oGCDPs, its just about DOING IT!!!

-Match your iGIP forms to delvier in January and December, also consolidate and deliver to most of your clients so that they can be retained in the coming year, this will allow VP iGIPs to raise and re-raise in the first quarter and add to your clientele

-Get your pipeline going with iGCDP, please ensure all your forms are on system by so that matching for the January cycle can happen well in time so as to deliver the best quality experienes, dont forget to make sure it is financially sustainable

Closing Thoughts

Empowering to Deliver, Creating to Go Beyond, these words mean so much when I think about leadership today. This is what your last month can become for your LC, to empower the future to do all they need to and to create something that will last beyond you.

It is the last month, lets make things happen and build our LCs to be so much more than they are and what they can be. It starts with meeting the membership crtieria, it ends with leaving them with the best leadership that can make the LC achieve it's "potential."

Good luch for the end of the year, let make it happen.

For Membership Criteria,

Please write to me ccing your coach personally for any doubts you may have.

Also for those on Member on Alert, you are liable for downgradation (means its possible) at NLS if you don't meet criteria so please push to meet your criteria by December 31st.

Hello Shail,

There is nobody on member on alert technically. The term did not exist until we legislated it at last NPM, so down gradation to member on alert will only happen now at NLS.

No, the term existed as a warning period for those who did not meet criteria and were under a warning period previously.

It was passed as a motion at NLS 2012 that all members who are member on probation not meeting criteria be put on alert status, also, at JNC Jaipur and I think Kolkata legislated their MoP status from alert to probation to be removed from the warning period.

Member on Alert does exist, even if not as clearly defined as it is now.

Cheers

Hello,

Yes I agree the term did exist, but it was not a membership criteria. It was just mentioned that these LCs will be put on alert. So we were MoP on alert.

We defined MoA at this legislative meeting. Basically all I am saying is that automatic down gradation is not possible. Only if it is deliberated by the focus.

How does it matter in any case. I am just a little like that even if tiny bits are wrong.

Let it be.

Cheers

Yes it will be for focus deliberation for sure - the MC will also present a recommendation based on the report from coaching or SG Visits supporting its stand for the same.

LCs not meeting criteria will have to submit an appeal  plea one week prior to NLS as per Jan 2012 compendium stating exactly why they shouldnt be downgraded and that along witht he MC recommendation will be materials for the focus to evaluate.

I hope this clarifies it for everyone else too.
