Regional Initiatives: Quick Updates

Hello All

This mail is about getting a quick update about things happening in the region with respect to Regional Initiatives:
I want to start by saying its really cool that Ahmedabad and Baroda are doing a joint LCong and I would like to wish both LCs the best of luck for that.

Moving on, I ideally wanted to know about a few more things and need updates on certain things that we talked about:

HR Summit:
I still have not seen the concept note, I was wondering if the event is still taking place, Palak please share updates on the same

BKK
I understand this is confirmed for Ahmedabad, Baroda and Surat, we are still exploring the possibility of taking it to Mumbai (both or one LC) and Pune
( Jayvir will explain why we can take it to you guys as well and why it will be easy for you to deliver even if you have not planned it out)
Jayvir, please provide updates and details for the same to the rest of the group so that everyone is on the same page.

Impact Week
The final concept note still has to come, but it is more or less ready, seen the first draft of it already, Somesh please share the final concept note

Global Village at NH7 Weekender:
Somesh if you can please give an update on the same, with date, times and how many trainees confirmed

Also, there is no follow up on training and education from the Mentor / Mentee LC Tracker primarily because we will be running a lot of education and operational training from our side as an MC but you guys are free to go through it and follow up on the same with each other.

Finally, Diwali break is coming up for a lot of you, so I'm sure there can be a lot we can do with ILCEPs which you can also sync with the Mentoring requirements that you all have. Please put this up on the Regional ILCEP Tracker  if you have already not so that we can make the best use of our network through the same.

Lets get all of this done and have an amazing Q4. Do get back at the earliest with the updates

Hello,

So I feel little left out in terms of doing regional initiatives as Indore is not mentioned in the mail. But anyways the concept note of the Career fair has been sent to shail and we are working on the same to do in December as I recommended in RYLC to do with Parents and Corporates.

Looking forward to have training and development blocks from the MC's side. Also I am open to more things coming up, please let me know if anyone needs to any kind of association or collaboration from Indore's side I with the LC team will be more than happy :)

P.S.: I dont have access to the spreadsheet. Shail please share it with me also. Thanks :)

The trackers were shared with all of you much before by nikita, please ask her for access to the LCP tracker.

Also with the concept note of career fair, the only reason it was not mentioned as it is too late for it to happen now for most LCs as it was meant to be an OGX Driver, obviously you arent left out, it was just not needed to be here.
