Hello All,

It is a pleasure for me to announce that AIESEC in Pune has officially partnered with the NH7 Weekender and we will be having a 3 day Global village at one of India's largest music festival. The festival will be held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of November. They had attended one of our global village's in Pune and really liked the concept and approached us to do one at their festival.

It is going to be a Global Village with representation from 30 countries, 10 on each day. We will be getting a separate tent for our event and they are looking to have a footfall of 25,000 young people. It is going to be a great way to showcase AIESEC as an organization to them considering a lot these people will be from the region.

But to execute this I will be needing some help from all of you. As the beginning of November is not a peak ICX realization cycle, we will not be having enough interns for the event and this is where I need you guys.

What I basically need from all of you is interns. We require diversity from at least 20 countries as we will be having only 10 odd countries at that point of time.

I understand that most of you will not be able to co-ordinate this so I would request you to give us a contact of one of your EB members who could co-ordinate this with us if you are on board. It does not matter how many interns can come, it would just be great if you could convince as many of them to come.

We will provide -

1. Transport from your city.
2. Accommodation for 4 days.

Each one of them will only be part of the global village for 1 day and on the other days they can attend the event and have fun. It would be a great experience for them as well. All they need to do is wear their traditional costume, decorate their desk, play some games, sell some food and tell people about their country.

Food for their stalls will be provided by us. And if they require any printing, stitching or anything else for their stall, we will arrange for the same.

They need to ideally be here 2-3 days before the event.

Please try and send as many people as possible as this partnership is very important to us and it is a very prospective way to get our LC out of debt. (fingers crossed)

To get them convinced they can view - http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&v=3tFus9TYLzs&NR=1

or many other videos of the festival. They can also visit www.nh7.in for more details.

It would be great if you could help us with this. Please do reply with an affirmation and we will take it forward with someone on your EB.

Thanks a lot in advance.

PS: All of you are invited as well! But then again I was assuming you would come in any case! :D

Amazing concept! Great work! I'm keeping Daniel in charge of this. Have notified him regarding the same.

It would help if you could send us a ready mailer for the trainees which we can forward to all our trainee groups.

Best of luck! :)
