I am waiting for the "Yancy Sieh" who wrote the crap about me as if to say he does not understand simple English.
This is what I wrote as compared to the blind-minded and so-called Mr. all "River Gee," who thinks others have no love and concern about our county.
"I do not want to be part of RIGCAA listserv until a decided time of my choice." This is what I wrote on December 11, 2010.
This is the foolishness written by the "Yancy Sieh."

Does this empty head "Yancy" knows the different between RIGCAA and a listserv? Being and not being a member of any listserv is a fundamental right of anyone. Only a stupeduous ignoramus will take RIGCAA for a listserv.
I am awaiting on the writer of the crap posted on this listserv. Baboon will divide cola on this listserv. I will take no more BS from any fool and idiot coming on this listserv to attack me. Those days are gone.
It seems to be that the name Gbeapo is just too painful for some of you to live with. Just too bad for you. Where does Gbeapo and Putu comes from in his ("Yancy Sieh") silly writing?

I am wondering if this article below is really written by the Yancy Sieh that I know. I want to reply but want to make sure. Because the Yancy I know will not read the below re-posted e-mail of mine upside down for any purpose.
My e-mail below was not written in Greek rather English, a language we all fight each day to communicate through. I hope the "Yancy" who wrote the crap below will show impliedly or expressly where such statement of having nothing to do with RIGCAA was made.
Let this "Yancy" be prepared to do so or he will face my wrath. To every action there is an equal and opposit reaction. I give this "Yancy" time not less than 24 hours to reply.

Let the true be told, until kirkpatrick Weah can take care of his responsibility in Minnesota, we don't know him as founding chair-no chairperson ever depart from his/her own establishment-its a fact - Keep writing Mr. Weah,and try to stand for something... by the way, how do you know about the executives' meeting? Again, this is not a Gbeapo VS. Putupo issues - rather a county issues...

As President of RIGCAA, I want to let you know that I will file a law suit against the organization for allowing its listserv to be used as a medium of attack on myself. I make no joke of this e-mail to you.
I do not want to be part of RIGCAA listserv until a decided time of my choice. Nobody should use it during any deliberation of any issue to mention my name, to insult me, land praises or hatefullness, the continuous case of some hateful Putupo people, who think that RIGCAA and or River Gee county was created as their coco farm, etc. They wrongly think that if they hate their own, others should hate that person, a reason for their baseless attacks on me including their hatefulness and dislike of Gbeapo people as manifested in e-mails generated from the Choloplys and their likes. They continue to insult others with
impunity because they run the organization listserv.
I have a lot to do for our people than the sectionalistic crap and hatefulness which is still going on under your leadership with slow reaction to a remorseful point.
I immediately withdraw my membership from the Planning Committee having made the contribution I made for meaningful and level playing field projects rather than one sided projects to benefit one group over others as it has been since RIGCAA was founded.
Let us keep working for our people from different institutions. I am proud of my achievement through a different organization that has made the greatest contribution for educational assistance than any organization has ever done since the creation of River Gee County and RIGCAA in 2000.
I hope your leadership will focus on level playing field in the organization to divorce itself from the 'Club of friends and family.' A specter of such is haunting RIGCAA under your leadership.
Again, I do not want to see anyone mentioning my name using RIGCAA listserv which moderators will protect and intentionally allow certain Putupo people to attack others while they pay blind eyes against such attacks until a damage is done. We all know such trick. This is not the reason for which RIGCAA was founded.
Please call on me through the Foundation I run should you need my input on any deliberation . Let us deal with one other on an organizational basis should you prefer to do so. If not, I wish you luck. Enough is enough.

The President of RIGCAA PA Chapter, Hon. George T. Nagbe vows not to compromise on his statement made on January 30th declaring the PA so-called election unconstitutional and null and void. Since his principle and constitutionally sound statement, there has been poltical Nicodemus begging for recognition of the so-called election. A rift might soon be glaring within the national leadership on the attempt by some members of the NEC to act unconstitutionally by pushing for the recognition of an event which manifests power greed in gross violation of RIGCAA constitution. Sound minded people like Mr. Nagbe would waste not their pressure time by the name calling of "Gbagbo get down" slogan by Birch and his supporters.
Why would the Executive Committee even keep commenting and pushing for Mr. Nagbe to be communicated with by appointing the Vice President to communicate with the PA President remains sad of a leadership which vowed and took an oath to uphold the constitution. So help them God. On many occasions, the National Executive Committee has read commentaries on its ultra vires deportment of not wanting to keep out of the PA "crisis."
The worse legacy that may remain on a sand of time is the National Executive or some members of the NEC purposeful interfering with the national constitution RIGCAA. It has no power under Section 5.3 and Article 15 to keep its obstinacyby puting pressure on Mr. Nagbe or still maintaining why the PA President waited so long? The NEC will do itself favor if those who believe in the contravention of the PA non profit law to look at the days required for the President to react to such event under the non profit law. Unless the Quitee's NEC learns to uphold the very constitution by which it was elected, one can only say, a very ugly specter is haunting RIGCAA.
Dr. Nyan correctly and principally, said those who want to pursue their quest for power should put their names forward again to go to the election, should a time be set up by the Freeman Chea's Commission. Why would they now make themselves Nicodemus only to go on the internet in the day and tear down Mr. Nagbe: The case of Chelle Noring,Birch and the rest?
Bravo to Mr. Nagbe for his boldness and vow to maintain his position on the constitutionality of the issue on hand.
