We are so grateful to have been included in the WESPAC Social Forum yesterday! It was so exciting to meet so many other people working toward justice. WASS will be hosting a free training in Yonkers on Tuesday, May 6 about locating, applying for, and sustaining funding for environmental justice groups. Do you need help securing funding for environmental projects? The WE ACT Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Centers (WE ACT TCTAC) can support your organization in planning for grants funding — from identifying grants, to organizing opportunities, to developing strategies for prospective funding opportunities. Training is conducted by Environmental Protection Network and produced by WASS/WE ACT, and will be  held at the Yonkers Riverfront Library at 1 Larkin Center in Yonkers on Tuesday, May 6th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and lunch is provided!
