We have partnered with the City of Kitchener, Startup Laurier, UW Entrepreneurship Society, Enactus Laurier, Laurier Consulting Club and Laurier Launchpad to host our biggest Business Competition/Hackathon: "24 hour Start-up". The students will get a chance to pitch their ideas, form a team to build the product, and create a business model around it. They will get to experience the startup life in just one weekend! The event will be taking place on November 14 - 16 at Communitech Hub, and the final pitches will be held on Sunday at the Kitchener City Hall. Tickets are $20, and I’m hoping you could present some of these promo images to your delegation to see if they are interested! Here is also a link to our event page if you need anymore information.
