My crypt was doing really well and didn't even melt when I got it about six weeks ago. I just added a root tab and it is now shriveled up and looking awful. Did I overfertilize? Should I pull it and start again? Should I get rid of the leaves and leave the roots to see if it grows back? I feel like this helicopter WERM just killed a nice plant because I did too much.

Right?! I've managed to kill a string of hardy plants so this may just be the newest on the list but I'll watch it to see if it springs back. I'm battling high nitrates so should I remove the dead leaves?

so i was just messing around in zone 1, trying out characters, and then i decided to try and bomb the shopkeeper. he had 10 hearts, and i had an idea. i used eli to kick a bomb into him, and then set 2 more bombs while running away in a straight line. i got probably one of the worst items in the game. the crown of greed. it makes you get double money but you lose 1 cash every beat. that combined with the shop no longer being open, and you have yourself one of the worst items in the game. and [spoiler] (#s "not even death can stop the shopkeeper. on area 3 the ghost of the shopkeeper killed me in one hit, and it caught me off guard so i didn't move in a straight line away")

So if I equip the Crypt Rats with the Scythe, and use their ability to deal damage to all creatures, enough to kill the Crypt Rats themselves, what really happens when the Crypt Rats die? The ruling seems to mean that for this combo to work, the rats should be considered as both equipped and going to the graveyard. Is that possible?

So, I go to fight the Crypt Wight in the cemetery next to the Castle. Kill the Wight, it possesses one of my characters. Hey, just like the Soultaker in A5 (which I also couldn't figure out without reading the boards, come to think of it...)! Beat on possessed character for a while until the Wight leaves, then it reanimates it's old body and summons a bunch of skeletons. Kill the skeletons, kill the Wight, and it possesses one of my characters. Lather, rinse, repeat until bored or dead. Tried Unshackle Mind. Tried not beating on the possessed character and just waiting until the spirit releases him (which also seemed to work). Yawn.

However there are a few things that you can do to make this more efficient. Don't waste time killing the skeletons. Lure one into the narrow passage and attack over it into the room by rotating characters. The skeletons don't respawn and you avoid the nasty area effect spell from the crypt wight. So just attack the crypt wight and heal the party until you get the message.

Yeah, I figured out to stay in the passage to avoid the area spell after the first time when I walked into the room and three characters died on the first round. But, duh, I probably have been spending too much time killing skeletons. Thanks.

Aubergine's answer works, but there is a more elegant solution using only the gold dagger. It relies on knowledge of the skeleton mage's wind spell and the gold weapon's ability to one-hit-kill anything if you attack after picking up gold.

When you enter the room, kill the slime. Do not kill the mage or pick up the pile of gold. Your goal is to use the gold to charge the dagger and kill the shopkeeper with that pile of gold. Unfortunately you can't just pick it up and throw- the throw takes two beats so it won't deal full damage.

When you picked up the ring of war, you already managed to kill a shopkeeper with just a dagger (albeit the initial damage from the bomb helped). You now have two daggers. Just throw one at the shopkeeper to agro him and then finish him off with the second dagger.

Normally when you pay any amount of mana into Crypt Rats ability it will deal enough damage to kill itself in the process. With Shadowspear it gains +1 toughness and lifelink. So if you really wanted to every turn you can pay just without it dying. By doing so you can gain life equal to the number of opponents + the number of creatures on the battlefield every single turn - not just on your turns; every turn. If you're playing a four player game you are guaranteed to always gain 4 or more life every turn just by adding your 3 opponents + the Crypt Rats itself. That's a guaranteed 16+ life gain between your last turn and your next turn.

You pay a B and you deal one 1 damage to each creature and each player (including yourself) and the rat stays alive. Multiply by 4, then every go around you deal 4 damage to each opponent and kill any 1/1s.

Guardians will start this raid in a blizzard just outside of the crypt. After your fireteam makes it inside, the Crypt Security will serve as the raid's first proper encounter. With a new set of mechanics and a rather strange arena to fight in, this encounter can be somewhat confusing for newer raiders. Fortunately, it becomes easy once you understand the mechanics. Here is a complete guide on how to conquer it.

The Look-See (Season 1) begins with 13 kids being killed with poison. On their funeral, we meet some characters like Marlene and Jenni. A policewoman (who is most likely the mother of one of the kids), while cleaning the crime scene, finds a note on the ground with the message: "If You Yourself Cannot Release, Then It Will Come To Take A Piece". Then she finds a candle up some stairs and she is scared by The Look-See. Luckily for her, another dude shows up and saves her. Then he is pulled away behind some curtains and we can see (for the first time) an object that The Look-See has that looks like a watch (but obviously it is not). The dude is shown later painting the same message the cop read previosuly in the door of a bathroom.

Right after this, the dude we saw before (the one that wrote the message in the door of the bathroom) jumps off a building. Then it is revealed that Jenni survived and is safe at a hospital. She sees someone at the door. Then Daniel comes inside, but he has no eyes (so it is a Look-See allucination). The Look-See appears and gives her the watchish thing he has with him. Jenni stabs it with a fork and then tries to kill it stabbing him in the head, but he runs away. She watches the watchish thing it gave her, which triggers a flashback, and after that, the Look-See appears again.

Finally, the last episode of this season, starts off with Camille, a little girl, drowned. His father, Jonathan is rememoring her birthday and finds a note with the message. He chases the ghost of Camille through the house until realising the Look See is there. He releases the cake he made, but he forgot some of it, so the Look-See kills him. The season ends with Jenni writing a lot of letters with the message: "If You Yourself Cannot Release, Then It Will Come To Take A Piece".

Players will spawn on a path that leads to the entrance of the cemetery. They can unlock the gates which will start the first trial. Upon opening them, a large void-like entity called "The Keeper" will emerge from the ground and patrol around the cemetery in which players must keep their distance to avoid getting targeted and then killed. There are multiple gravestones with 3 different patterns of symbols, and players must find the 3 correct symbols that correspond to their grave in order to dig it out and escape. Digging the incorrect one will insta-kill the player who dug up the grave. However, digging the right grave will immediately transport all players to the next trial, the maze.

Players are transported to a cavern filled with transparent and phantom-like rock platforms and deadly obstacles that players must traverse while fog rises up. Being too slow will allow the fog to catch up and kill the players that are left behind.

Guide to attacks:
Homing Skull: Red dots will appear on the floor. Avoid the red dots presented, as that is where the skulls will land. As the fight progresses, the amount of homing skulls launched is increased and so is their movement speed.
Soul Reap: The boss will emit some beam thing at you, and you can't escape it. Fortunately, only 1 player is targeted and the damage is minor. It may become hazardous if only one player is present, as it may occasionally be used multiple times in quick succession.
Phantom Wall: A wall(or sometimes multiple walls) will sweep the map in a random direction, with an open gap in the wall. Make sure to locate each open gap on the wall and go through it. Soul Reap may knock you into the wall. If you must, you can walk through the wall as it only does 24 damage.
Toxic Gas: A stone plate will spawn, floating beside Crypt, as well as many platforms with pillars with symbols on them. The symbol on the plate signals which platform you must go on. If you are unsure which platform it is, go to where the majority of the players are. After a few seconds, all the platforms besides the one with the correct symbol will break and toxic water will flood the place and kill everybody that didn't go on the right platform.
Stone Platforms: 2 stone platforms will appear in the middle of the map. Cooperation is key here. Make sure there are the right amount of players on each platform that corresponds to the number of ghosts. This attack only spawns after 25% HP, make sure you stray away from where the platforms spawn, as they can suffocate you and end your run instantly.
