Hey all, 

On 10/22, Ersan will confirm if we are able to go live by 11/19. I know we discussed a 30 days ramp up to the release. I don't think we are dead set on 11/20 as the release, but we wanted to confirm that if he gives us the greenlight that he can have our site ready as a streaming platform, then we want to release ideally a few days before Thanksgiving. 

We are preparing the influencers for this as well. 

In addition to Chicago and the festival screenings, we'll likely add a New York screening and focus on some local screening opportunities, which might not require any marketing. For example, we want to have screenings at industry drinking establishments. We'd also like to have a Kinema streaming event leading up to the event. 

Would love for this to be the topic of conversation for the Tuesday meeting, including what kind of media we can rely on for the streaming release.

Thank you, everyone!

This is exciting, and I think November 19th works perfectly. We can absolutely support with PR and social media.

I’ll be out of town this Tuesday through Thursday, so I’d like to request rescheduling our meeting to either Monday (before 1:00 p.m.) or Friday (any time except 1:00–3:30 p.m.).

Friday might actually work best for Chris and Christine as well.

Please let me know if that’s feasible.

Both can work for me, but probably best to schedule when it works for all of us.

Friday works for me as well.

One caveat; Michael and I have our meeting with Ersan on Wednesday. That evening we'll A) Know if we can release as early as the day/week of Nov 19  B) Decide if we SHOULD. 

We'll email you guys as soon as possible so we can get started on anything that isn't dependent on the meeting.
