I have created an app in App Store Connect and it has been in the "prepare for submission" state for more than 3 days. When I try to archive my app, and submit it to the app store it, displays this message:

Just found the Error. I used one capital letter in bundle id. but I have used small letters in Xcode's bundle id. now I changed that as like in the app id. and now I successfully uploaded my app to Appstore Connect.

generally this happens when you have not created your app from apple developer account->iTunes Connect->Click on My App->click on plus sign (+)->New App->And fill up the whole info and Choose Your Bundle Id for the app you are uploading now.

I have to manually sign the app. Created new certificate and new profile. Set code signing to Manual. Only then i was able to upload. Moreover select Manual sign in from organizer while uploading build.

Firstly, check that you're using the same accounts in both Application Loaded (or XCode) and iTunes connect. Secondly, check that Bundle Id in error message and in iTunes connect are match, including tHe cAsE!

if your bundle id carried a capital letter and you've changed it to a lower case letter, you must run the application in the simulator before attempting to archive and upload to app store connect (this was the issue and solution for me).

iMessage Extension: For everyone that is fighting with this problem with an messages extension (or any other extension) make sure you enter in "App Store Connect" -> "General Information" -> the Bundle-ID of the application target and not the extension target. We fought 2 days to find this out.

Remove the Apple ID associated with the Bundle ID you're experiencing issues with from your Accounts list in Xcode (Menu Bar -> Xcode -> Preferences -> Accounts). Then, add the Apple ID back to the Accounts list in Xcode.

Go to itunes inside the page of my app and inside the first tab "App Information" under the right hand side has a section "Others Information" click on the "edit user permission" and grant xcode user the permission to read the information of the app.

I'm pretty sure they're phasing out build your own bundles. On the EA website, the only bundles that are available for me are ones that are premade. I can make a bundle on the app, and it *looks* like I can complete the purchase (I don't want to at this time so I didn't click buy), however nothing new is on there, so yeah. I'm pretty sure it's like people said and that they're looking at phasing this out completely and are just doing it quietly.

I'm trying to build a bundle with the new pack and all I get is a pop-up saying You're quite the collector! Because you own so much content for The Sims 4 already, we can't create a totally new bundle for you at this time. Please check out our individual packs to grab something new. I don't have at least one from each category, so why won't it let me build a bundle?

It seems like it's finally fixed now! I can bundle Horse Ranch, Growing Together, and Werewolves. I assume For Rent and Home Chef Hustle haven't been added yet because they're new. I already own High School Years and My Wedding Stories, so they don't show up for Build A Bundle for me, but I assume they've been added as well.

The only way I'm able to afford to get sims packs is through bundles but it seems that they aren't offering for people to build their own bundle anymore. It's really disappointing, I was going to get high school years, werewolves and backyard stuff. But I guess I'll just wait until they next have a sale and just get the expansion pack. Although that too is frustrating, not all expansion packs go to 50% off anymore during sales, even ones that have been out since last year. I'm hoping HSY will be next sale but I don't have much hope

@sock-fox Are you looking in Origin or the EA App? Do you own enough of one pack type that you'd be ineligible to bundle? I ask because the feature should still be available, but if it's disappeared for someone who would otherwise be able to bundle, that should be reported. You can see how to find the bundle feature in the first post on page one.

Welp, Bundle & Save/Build-A-Bundle does seem to be gone. It used to be located to the right of "Add-ons". Unless you're implying that the button is simply unavailable for users who don't have a complete eligible bundle that they can build? Greyed out would be better than gone entirely, I think, if that's the case, with a "You cannot build a bundle." text when hovering over it.

The Build A Bundle feature is still available for players who are eligible to create a bundle. If you are not eligible to create a bundle, you won't see the bundle option available in the app.

Create a bundle not working. I have been trying to create a bundle for weeks now. There are expansion, game and stuffpacks that I dont own. Everytime I try to go create a bundle, the same message appears. "We had some trouble loading this content. Try again later."

And keep in mind that the bundle feature won't work unless you're missing at least one EP, GP, and SP, none of which are excluded from bundling. The first post on page one has a list of those excluded packs, basically all kits and everything released since My Wedding Stories.

I have version 1 of an app on AppStore. It was developed by a third party vendor, with their .com identifier. I am now developing version 2 of the same app, but need to use my university's .edu identifier. Is it possible to change the bundle ID of an existing app?

You can, but you have to abandon basically your app's entire history, including all users' iCloud content. I'd recommend re-releasing the app under the new identifier and keeping the old version available. Other than that, I'm afraid you're stuck.

Support is correct - the bundle id is the hook that the entire store process relies on for tracking/installing/billing etc. of that app over it's lifetime. Changing it effectively creates a new app, not v2 of another.

Having seen a client do this via transfering their app to another developer, I can point out unless you had a group related identifier for the keychain, you then lose access to the keychain data. For this particular client that resulted in every customer who updated their app had to reenter their login credentials and settings as that was all stored in the keychain.

I'm asking the same question, I think. When I tried to upload the new version the App Store complained. "Request failed with error code "ENTITY_ERROR.ATTRIBUTE.INVALID.DUPLICATE.SAME_ACCOUNT", and reason "The provided entity includes an attribute with a value that has already been used on this account."It seems I can't edit the App bundle even after transferring it to my AppleID. Do I just need to use the old bundleID?Thanks, David

I created a new certificate with my 'new' AppleID and the old/previous BundleID. I got an email indicating 'This will result in a loss of keychain access.' as mentioned above. I use Game Center but nothing else that might use Keychain. Hopefully this won't prevent approval of the app.

Thank you Rcschnoor, for your posting. I would like to add to it with some additional information. With our $10.00 Messaging Bundle, included is unlimited messaging to and from other Verizon Wireless customers. An additional 500 messages to or from non-Verizon Wireless users is also included. The 500 includes both incoming and outgoing messages to non-Verizon Wireless customers.

You are able to dial #DATA and SEND from your wireless device to check your messaging usage throughout the billing cycle. Your billing cycle begins on the day after the date listed on your bill. For example, if your bill date is the 21st, then your billing cycle starts on the 22nd of each month, and ends on the 21st of the following month.

Thanks again to the community for responding on this. I would only like to add that there are several bundles that would allow unlimited mobile-to-mobile, such as the 500 already mentioned. We also currently offer the 1,500 and 5,000 message bundles. So it really depends on how your mobile number is configured. If you like, I can take a look at your account. If you need help with this, send me a personal message with your mobile number. I'll contact you shortly thereafter. Thanks again!

I had 1.49 credit when my monthly allowance expired. I didn't renew it and got a message saying I have to top up 10 to get my Big Data bundle allowance back, all good so far. (I have two sims and the O2 sim was not in use for data - everything was off my primary non O2 sim). I topped up 10, had my Big Data bundle renewed and discovered my 1.49 credit had gone. How does this happen?

When you run beyond your top up date without sufficient funds to renew your bundle, your calls and texts become chargeable at standard rates - your 1.49 would have been consumed as you used your phone until you topped-up, @Maximum - and data rollover usually is lost also in any month where you have insufficient funds available to renew on your renewal date. I hope that explains things for you.
