callback_uri is not visited

i want to update the db after captured state but callback_uri is not visited so can you give me the solution.payment is done  without callback_uri also but i want the uri which i called in callback_uri=www.mysite.com/callback_ipn.php in checkout/create so can anyone give me the solution.
