I have the agriya SF Platform script. app_controller.php and many other files are encrypted with IonCube. Unless you bought out the very expensive unencrypted version from them, you'll have a hard time plugging any PHP payment platform without unencrypting the IonCube or getting their permission. I talked to them about adding a payment provider (Amazon FPS)and they quoted me at $750 for the coding.
But talk to them, they may have changed since PayPal's rewrite of their adaptive payment crowdfunding rules. I'll bet they've already developed alternative payment plugins and are milking the coding fees. Why not it's their platform?
If you do decide to dump it, (which I did), Catarse is a great open source alternative. It's free, it's in Ruby and with some coding WePay pre-auth and account create will work excellently with it.
