ACTIVITIES THAT DO REQUIRE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT:
* Creating and managing your own Google Group
* Posting to groups via our web interface
* Creating pages and uploading files
* Subscribing to a Usenet newsgroup and receiving posts via email
* Joining a Google Group via our web interface
* Changing your subscription type (No Email, Abridged Email...)
* Reading a restricted group's posts online
所以可以麻煩大家申請一個 Google account 嗎？ Double please?? 有一個 Google account 有很多好
處，光是大容量的 Gmail 就很值啦，還有 iGoogle... (我不在Google 上班...雖然我也想...)
在這裡 ( http://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount ) 可以申請 Google account，不
需要一定要有 Gmail 帳號也可以申請，以下是三個基本申請規則：

- Your Google Account username should be an email address from which
you currently send and receive mail.
- Your password must be at least eight characters long and can't be a
commonly used word. Please select a unique combination of letters and
numbers.
- In the Word Verification section, you'll need to type the wavy
characters exactly as they appear in the picture.

簡單吧，所以請大家麻煩一下了。
沒有申請 Google account 的同學可以做的事情：
* Reading posts in public groups
* Searching for groups, posts, or authors
* Posting to groups via email if they are unrestricted or you're
already a member
* Joining a public Google Group via email
