I just pushed the Beta1 release of Wendy. Lots has changed in this release. The biggest change is that we've implemented the neighborhood set (which should make clusters use less memory and be much faster). There are a lot of optimisations, we've fixed a lot of our race condition testing, and we have a bunch of general improvements. Check out the new CHANGELOG.md file in the repository for more information.
You can find the last pre-beta1 release under the tag "alpha". This release has been tagged "beta1".
If you have any problems, please do file an issue. I really appreciate the issues that are raised and the pull requests that are sent. You're all awesome.
