Hope exams are going well for you.  I am reaching out to you to ask if you would be willing to provide feedback for Sim's Leadership Survey.  I will not be able to get feedback from my co-workers and direct reports as I recently completed a leadership survey two months ago at work.  I have interlocked with Sim and on this unfortunate issue and as an alternative, I'd like to ask for feedback from you as my DUKE Team based on your interactions with me over the last 9 months.

Raj and Rashida, absolutely, I'm more than happy to.  In fact, I'm in the same predicament.  I can't ask my clients to do the survey and would valley the feedback from you all in any event.
