Thomas of Rhondda has recently acquired five Plaxton Primos to resource its RCTCBC-contracted services in the Rhondda, which have expanded following Veolia's closure of its Treforest depot in June.

MX07 BAU, once operated by Lloyds of Machynlleth and whose livery it retains, is seen in Dunraven Street, Tonypandy in August 2011, when operating Service 173 (Clydach Vale-Tonypandy-Porth).
