Some pointers, from my understanding of the situation!
Top Kat was a trading name of Independant Community Transport which was a charity/not for profit company that Jones became involved in. I think it closed down a while ago.
Heart of Wales is a trading name of Bus and Coach Wales (or it might be the other way around). This company then aquired another trading name of 'St Davids Travel'.
Thomas of Barry and Jones, Pontypridd were some of the companies sold to Veolia (there might have been more!).
