new toolbar layout

check the new toolbar layout.

1. distinguish command buttons and state buttons.
2. add a separator.
3. add a mouse support button.
4. simplify button texts.

the buttons do not change configurations now, just for indication purpose.

please feel free to rollback any change.

btw, the tab icons (red heart/green point) can be found in r303/r304,
respectively. either looks better to me.
