Breccan will be talking about the recently released Rspec 2 and TDD in
general. He'll cover a number of uses of Rspec, common pitfalls and
some methods for managing your test suite as it grows.

On that topic, here's a gem I saw today that speeds up your tests by
using multiple db's and processors to run tests in parallel. Works
with Rspec, cucumber, and I believe the standard test:unit.
