This month we have two presentations:

Topic: Rails 2.3
Presenter: Nahum Wild (yes me)

To start with I will cheery pick and talk about a number of the new
minor features which I think people should know about. This will
include at least the following:

* Dynamic & default scopes
* Batch processing
* Quieter backtraces
* Faster boot time in dev mode

Then I will cover more fully the following two features in Rails 2.3:

* Improved caching performance
* Rails Metal


Note: I had planned for this to be multiple presenters, but after
looking through the 2.3 release notes I thought it didn't really
make sense - and I've not presented in a while.
