Given that March - June is fall / winter here, you’ll definitely want to grab booties and a cap, maybe some gloves. I ride a 4/3 all year though and it’s fine for me.
Keep in mind as well that the daylight savings change here is in april, so there’ll be less time to ride after work going forward.
6m and 8m will get you riding a fair amount but not a ton. we get all wind conditions from 12-15knots to 40+knots pretty much all year round. very hard to guess what’s going to happen this fall.
As for finding jobs as a kiting instructor, as it’s fall / winter it’s probably not going to be very easy.
