We have belatedly been advised that Jim Thomas, founder of the National Visualisation Analytics Centre (NVAC) in the US will be in Wellington this week. Jim has agreed to give an informal seminar on his lab NVAC and his work in the area of visual analytics - both from an intelligence and security point of view, but also more widely on the underlying software engineering.
