User walkthrough script for Emerge Trust

Hi there everyone,

Please find attached a walkthrough script for the Emerge Trust website.  There are just a couple of content things we need to fix before running with this testing but we should have those nailed down after tomorrow nights skype meeting at 8pm. Feedback is welcome as always :)

If you haven't already shared your skype details with us, please do that so we can invite you into the meeting once it starts.

Hi all

Here's version 2 of the script, modified very slightly to make it clearer for newbies to user testing.

I haven't changed any of the words. I just moved some general points to the beginning as they applied to both scripts (for non-disabled, and disabled, users), and clarified that the first script was for non-disabled users. We refer to it as 'the script' but it's really 2 versions in 1 document. (I did ask Steph first ;)

Bear in mind the script is just a general guide. You don't have to ask all the questions, and of course you can modify it so it feels natural to you. So long as we all follow roughly the same path, and end up with answers to all the main issues (listed at the top of the script), we'll have comparable data, and we'll be sweet.

Have a read and think about who you could test it on. Your mother, your partner, your neighbours, your good mates, your workmates - anyone & everyone is fair game! This is guerilla user testing after all. But don't run off & use it just yet - we still have a bit of content to wrap up. We'll let you know when you can let rip!
