Fwd: Website visual design

Hi Julie - Kellyanne from Emerge is now back from her leave and I understand that the design meeting with Susan has not yet taken place?  As you can see from Kellyanne's email, they are keen to have things move ahead quickly in order to have their site available to support their work on the Expo which takes place on September 15th.

Are you still happy to lead the visual design work for this site?  I realise people get busy with work and other things so please just let me know if you don't have the time to do this anymore :)

I am flat out busy at the moment myself and am away from the 21st to the 31st of August. I am being a resource for Kristina on the content stream of work.  I am happy to set up another meeting time for you to go and see Emerge one evening this week if that would be helpful but unfortunately I won't be able to go with you. If you let me know whether you can meet with Emerge this week I will see if I can find someone else to go with you though. 

Just let me know if you can do this or not :)

Hi Steph, I’m just back from my leave and was hoping to touch base about where things are at with the website… I understand that this meeting hasn’t happened yet and I am happy to offer to catch up any evening or day over the weekend. I’m sure you can understand that the deadline for us is getting pretty close with the Transition Expo (Sept 15^th) quickly approaching and us relying in part on the launch of our new website to help promote this and also provide electronic resources that are being launched as we speak. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to help grease the wheels. I hear congrats are in order on your new role.

The team have been and continue to beaver away at the 3 workstreams for your new site. Visual design is one of those streams and the lovely lady who is designing your site would like to meet with you and discuss some ideas.  Her name is Julie and unfortunately she works out in Lower Hutt and the only time she can meet with you is in the evening or in the weekend.  We wondered if we could meet you this Saturday to talk through design stuff?  It could be at a cafe or even at one of your homes if that is easier for you? 

 

Can you let me know if it's possible for us to meet on Saturday?
