Hi everyone, I just wanted to briefly introduce myself: I have just arrived in Wellington with my Girlfriend who has a contract at Te Papa. I have been working for the BBC in London for several years as a senior product manager in new media, on various projects, the highest profile being the redesign of the bbc.co.uk homepage.

I'm currently looking for literally any sort of work at all (I'm pretty desperate for cash so paid work has to take priority: shout if you need someone, I make a mean cup of tea), but I'm keen to make a move away from product/project management and back to development.

So am sat here in Wellington, hungry for a challenge... or even just coffee and a chat.

It would be cool to meet up with some local web pros soon.
