Hi Susan - yep can do :)

The team have now finished building the site and have as much content as we're able to fill in there in place.

Team members have been issued with a user test script and tasked with grabbing as many people as they can get hold of (both in and out of your target audiences) to run through the site with for user testing. We will have that finished by end of next week. 

Meanwhile we are going to be working with Richard (this week I believe) to sort out moving the site onto it's correct location (off the development server).

Then we'll be ready to set up access for emerge to get working on the site to get the content as it should be for go live.

We need to arrange a time and resource from our team to do a handover of the site to your team at that time.

The finishing line is in sight! Yahoo!!

Yep. We all should be finding as many people as we can to test the site with :). 

You should all have received the test script as it was emailed to the group last week. If you don't have it please say so and we can send you it again.

Please try to run the test with at least one person each before next Friday. Even if you only try it with a relative or friend (not a web geek though!). It's a really valuable thing to have tried doing for yourself and I know you'll get huge value out of giving it a go.

Are we meeting tonight on skype again?  I suspect we may need another 'real world' meeting soon as there are a few people who never make it to the skype meetings. 

We need to hand this site over to Emerge as soon as it's on it's production server so the end is nigh :) let's go hard to get this puppy finished and out there as quick as we can.

Hi Susan - suffice to say Christmas has arrived and most of the volunteers have dropped off the face of the earth over the last few weeks. I think it's safe to assume we will be picking up the final bit of this site in January when I can once again rally the troops.

Here's hoping you have a lovely Christmas and New Years! See you in '11.
