I think the schedule was confused enough that now I'm unsure -- is
anyone else planning to appear today?

Hi Reed -

Sorry that I wasn't able to make Sunday's meeting. I've been quite busy [1]

What ended up happening?

I'll be sending some things out shortly -- it turns out to have been a
very productive day.

Tim, given a reasonably fully formed IA, would you be interested in
driving the next step (getting it into a wordpress instance, etc)?

Hi Reed

Am happy to got some of the nuts & bolts into place. Who would like to assist with the design & technical aspects of the site?

I really love typefaces & design but find getting CSS to comply with my every whim is really irritating. I would be keen to work with someone who does a lot of CSS to get the site looking spiffy.

I may have already asked this, but does Emerge have visual identity guidelines?

hi Tim,

I'll put my hand up to jump in at this point and help out with the
html/css. Unfortunately I'll be out of town this weekend but will be
available anytime next week/weekend. I have some ideas about content
order and what screen readers might like to 'see' first too.

cheers,
Dean

Hi guys - just wanted to note that the graphic design comes in at a later point to where we are now.  Just the talk about css made me nervous so wanted to make sure we're on the same page with the sequence of events.

I'll be meeting with Emerge this coming week to confirm they are happy to proceed with our recommended direction and then we'll need to work with a visual designer to create some magic - get Emerge to sign off on that too and then we can build it.   Obviously we can build it in the meanwhile and at various points we can show Emerge how it's coming along and introduce them to the chosen technology. We can work on the function of the site and the basic layout but at the end of the day the visual design may require things to be moved around and displayed differently so I would limit the work on css to the minimum required for now.

Is that how you are working on this anyway?

Cheers,  Steph
