Fire performers wanted - Revolver Circus this friday

Hi All,

You might have seen it on the front page of the Capital Times this
week, Revolver Circus-Club is having an event at Estadio on Blair
Street. They're looking for some fire performers for outside.

They're using the atrium in there for a aerials and circus show from 9
till 10, and then there's a club afterparty. They'll have four car
parks outside taped off for a performance space and they're wanting
performers along from 10, after the show but before the afterparty.

Tom Beaucamp from Fuse is organising this, if you're interested then
let me know and I'll send his details your way. They're offering fuel
costs and free tickets to the afterparty ($10) and hoping to make this
a monthly thing.

And according to the article in the Capital Times (http://
www.capitaltimes.co.nz/article/4043/Performancemeetsplay.html), the
night will "descend into hedonism and drug-fuelled orgies", which
doesn't sound like any fun AT ALL, especially as you'll have to bring
your own drugs.

Ah, as long as you feel like it. You could make this into a proper performance, but given the crowd (Courtney Place regulars) and the intention (hey look! shiny things! come into our bar!) then jamming would be just fine. And costumes? Hey, you're setting stuff on fire, that'll be fine.
