Man, look at all the dust around here! I'll sweep out the place, and would somebody please
cart those spammers out to the dung pile?

Make yourselves at home, everyone! There are drinks in the fridge.

Thanks for doing the chores, Ernie. Is there wine?

I've got some home-made hard cider right here. Help yourself.

As somebody said the last time we used this place, it's kind of like
the high school gym where everybody gathers after a flood or a tornado
(or around here, a volcano eruption). You get to talk with people you
don't usually hang out with.

Anybody know where the other Well refugees have gone for the night?
Flicker, or one of those sites maybe?

Dude! I just started a batch of cider fermenting this afternoon. Farmer's
market apple cider, pre-pressed, some kind of high-gravity beer yeast that the
store recommended, bubbling has already begun.

At least we're finally in out of the rain. It has been a long, wet day
for us.

That yeast should work. My usual yeast for cider is "Windsor Ale." I
think the result is as good as the wine or cider yeasts some other
cidermakers prefer.

We should compare ciders after they've been bottled and aged.

This yeast was called "Nottingham", tally-ho! Probably about the same

I'll post in the cider topic back on the whatchamacallit.

So this is the google groups interface...

( I just realized I can't check email. Panic attack rising, but
perhaps there will be pretty hallucinations... )
