Challenge for Zero

 

ET NOW, India’s No.1 Business News channel, has launched an inspiring television competition series that celebrates the spirit of innovation amongst college students and puts them in the driver’s seat to shape the future of India.

 

In this series, students will address critical challenges facing a growing India through their ideas and innovations that strive to unlock the power of ‘zero’ to deliver maximum progress at minimal negative impact. Can we feed an exponentially growing population to achieve zero hunger? Can we electrify the lives of millions without having a devastating impact on our environment? Can we sustainably—and responsibly—build the infrastructure that we need without compromising the environment and safety of inhabitants?

 

This series, called The Power of Shunya: Challenge for Zero, is sponsored by DuPont and developed by ET NOW.

 

This is a call for entry to the best minds and innovations from India’s premier science, technology and engineering colleges. A unique learning opportunity this show has to offer the students

The competition will include eight preliminary rounds, with three teams in each round, followed by one Grand Finale featuring the three highest-scoring teams in the leader board.

 

The series will be hosted by Gaurav Kapoor and premieres on July 5^th/6 ^th on ET NOW.
