Hey guys- 

Sent out an invite (although just I looked at it, and I think I did something wrong with the formatting... sorry!) for Wednesday, 1/22. Hope that works for people! Also-looks like next Wednesday is Katie's birthday (!!!) so we'll have to do a mini celebration when we meet the following week. 

Happy to host-- one thing to note is that I'm in Atherton though. If you want, we can do some place closer in order to ensure people get to TALK on time. Whatever works best.

Thanks Neha! I think we should have enough time to get to TALK :) I can host the following meeting; however, it looks like we have Wed-Fri off for midterms so I'm guessing people may be out of town on Wednesday.  It looks like everyone is available on Monday 2/3 from 4-6PM so I'll send out a placeholder for then and we can discuss in our next meeting :)

Hi guys- I have touchy feely on weds 1/22 from 7 to 10, so I can't make it :( (It's a Monday class moved to weds due to the three day weekend)

I will be at the next one- Monday 2/3 works for me and I can't wait to catch up with everyone!

Howdy! Yes, I'd love to do a retreat!!!!

Just as a clarification, the funding we get for a "retreat" is for 4 more hours of Tiffany's time (kind of like a really long WIM Group session) :)

If we wanted to do a fun overnight thing, we don't have any funding for that and would have to pay for food/housing/etc. ourselves and Tiffany would not get funding to attend.

I vote we do both!!! :)

An overnight retreat can be a very special, memorable experience. I would love that for you. 

An overnight retreat with an evening and a full day together is doable. To make it happen, we would shift allocation of my facilitation time from a few regular WIM group meetings to the retreat design and facilitation.  This approach has worked well for other groups. What do you think?

Count me in for the retreat idea- sounds fantastic! I can offer my family's place north of healdsburg- the only downside is that it is probably about a 2 hours 45 min drive from PA, but has plenty of space and is an amazing place for a retreat!

Kristyn, as you are coordinating retreat planning, I suggest that you and I talk by phone, before the next WIM meeting. Then, at the next meeting, you can lead a discussion to gather input on retreat hopes and dreams. sound good?
