ACTION PLAN

Assalamualaikum and happy weekend to all,

As we all agreed during the last meeting, there are a few tasks to be completed which would be divided among us regarding Welfare matters of students. Please refer to the attached MOM for those who did not attend. As a summary:

A) TASKS

     SECURITY (FAREEZ)

      - get parking plan from CNS

      - clarifications: summon money, chaining of motorcycles 

      MAINTENANCE  (BALQIS AND SYAMIMI)

      - Request for more parking lots for students

      - Report for non-functioning lights at V4 and V5 parking (take note of the exact date and time)

      - Request for operational service hours for buses in UTP. Put up banner when buses are not available.

       CAFE (FARIS AKRAM)

       - Negotiate with management, whether is it  possible to let vendors operate at Pocket C in the future (since students prefer food   

         there)

       - Make sure all cafes in UTP do not use polystyrene for take-away foods.

       - Restrict the channels to be displayed in the television. 

       ACCOMODATION (FARID SYAHIR)

       - Carify the issue: MARA students will have to pay RM700 per semester for hostel.

       - Whether students involved in industrial attachment program can stay inside campus during that period.

         (Meet Mr Wan, the new bos of RC)

       ITMS (KINOSRAJ)

       - Report that students are hard to access elearning and files are also hard to be uploaded by lecturers.

       - Are they alert about the new webpage inuevents.com that reveals all events happening in UTP?

       CHARITY (FATIN N AIMI)

       - Discuss the donation for brother Wan Hakim with Ustaz Rahmat.

       - If approved, carry out donation and may collaborate with RCSU and RM

       SEMBANG SISWA (QAEYYUM)

       - Theme: Independence

B) ARTICLES/REPORTS

For the actions taken for above matters, do report them in WORD format and post in GG ya.

Also, feel free to post articles regarding anything that we all should know to be displayed in UTPRESS. 

C) PROMOTE COMPLAINT FORM

i have one question,where is management office located and who is responsible about this vendor,since i never did this type of task before,anyone have extra information do share..thanks in advance.

wslm, regarding the vendors u can deal with Mr Raja Shoman at pocket D. Make sure you prepare some solid explanations first k.

Do many student complain about the pocket C cafe?Never heard of it. btw,thanks for the info.
