the date will be announced soon not on 27/03/2013(wednesday) as some of us will be having test. 

so the hicom and I will discuss with mr azry and inform all of you.

7)MEMO (ITMS)-THEEPA

8)MEMO(MAINTANCE)-MIMI

9)LUCK DRAW INCHARGE-MIMI

10)MC-RUKESH AND RAYNUGA

PS:1)VIP, FOOD AND THE EMCEE SCRIPT WILL BE DONE BY ME!:)

      2) the guys that not involve in mc and montage have to arrange the place and chairs.

      3) girls have to be in charge of the prizes and cert during the ceremony
