Sims 3 Missing Expansion Pack

HelloI'm having some issues with my game. I bought most of my sims 4 games and add on through out the years and it's been like two months that I haven't played anyhow I played my game last night and it was good today I wanted to play and its saying that I'm missing most of the sims 4 game packs. Please can someone help me. I don't want to purchase any game since I've already bought most of my games.

@littlemetx21 Are you sure you're signed into the correct account? Since Sims 4 is free now, it's easy to create a new account and add the game to your library without realizing it. Please check your game library for the missing packs. If they show up as unowned, i.e. you're being asked to buy them again, check the inbox of the email address you're using to sign in to see whether it contains any receipts for EA purchases. If you don't find any, check your other email accounts as well.

and repair the game: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon (Origin) or hover over the Sims 4 icon and click the three dots (EA App), and select Repair. If this doesn't help either, and you're using the EA App, please reinstall Origin and try repairing and launching the game from there.

Don't "necropost." Reviving, updating or bumping old, outdated and irrelevant threads is not helpful for our community. It's best to check when the thread was created before you hit post, just to make sure it's not 2 years old for example.

My Sims 3 Pets Expansion is missing from the " extra content " menu, in fact it shows me the price of it like I never had it and was going to buy it for the first time... I have no idea why, I was playing this morning just fine...

I have merged in this thread all the posts reporting missing expansion packs in the last few days. If you had a pack in Origin and suddenly it is showing as not owned anymore in the Extras tab or not showing in the launcher anymore, please keep reading:

Once you have heard back from the TOS team, if you want to repurchase a pack, but you are having issues because Origin only gives you the option to download it, then please contact our advisors through EA Help. Explain them you cannot purchase the game because Origin is still showing it as owned.

@SnowyLuary26 This is an open public forum for users by users and specific account information can not be accessed in these forums. Did you try Orign - upper right click game and try the reload game library? If that doesn't work you will have to contact EA customer support to resolve this issue - EA customer support

I bought a couple days ago The Sims 3:Seasons expansion pack.I installed it and everything was good when suddenly I couldn't find it and when I searched it on my Origin games list,It appeared like I never bought and I can't reuse my serial code.I can't even contact someone on Contact EA because it only gives me the phone call option and that's not viable because I'n not from USA or Canada and I don't know what to do

does anyone now how to fix this problem 5 of my expansions will not show up in the game launcher therefore the game can no longer be played. have already tried repairing my game, reinstalling my game, reinstalling origin and its still doing the same anyone know how to fix this?

I contacted EA support on the chat and he said this:

"Upon checking friend the game is currently being reviewed by the TOS department. I'll be filing a dispute on your behalf to start the process in getting your game back.".

I purchased The Sims 3 base game, pets, seasons and generations Origin Codes from ebay a few weeks ago. I checked the feedback from other people before I purchased them. I got all the codes and all was well, codes worked fine. I went to go on it two days ago and pets and generations expansion packs have just disappeared like ive never owned them? I have gone onto the origin store and I says I need to buy them again even though I already have but just not directly from origin. Any help and advice would be appreciated

My daughters sims 3 generations expansion pack on origin has gone missing. It's on her hard drive. I've spoken to an advisor they were of no use whatsoever. We right click on sims 3 select game details look under extra content no luck. We have launched Sims 3 offline & online no luck on there. We have looked under the filters. All her other ones are there just not this one. This is my last resort my daughter is very upset!

All your expansions, game packs and stuff packs go under one picture in Origin. Follow these steps:

- Go to the 'my games' tab in Origin.

- Hover over your 'The Sims 4'.

You'll see a little screen come up with an 'i' and a 'play/download/install' button.

- Click on the 'i', you'll be taken to a different screen.

- Scroll a bit down and there you'll see all your expansions, game packs and stuff packs.

On the not being able to safe of modify I need a bit more information.

when I go into the game it tells me all of my games were saved under a newer version and to update, which it already is and gets updated every time I open the game. I've given up and have uninstalled, I am currently reinstalling.

Hi. I've recently updated my game, and I can't seem to find "Get to Work", "Outdoor Retreat", or "Luxury Party Stuff". I did your instructions, yet they all say "Buy". Please, help me!! I really want to play the sims again, and I didn't really want to waste my money. Thank you!!

Hi, I have similar problem. I used to have 3 options to choose: the sims 4 x32, the sims 4 x64 and the sims 4 limited edition in zClient. Now it is only the sims 4 limited edition. When i run ZLOrigin and open the sims 4, the packs are missing and the ones that remained cost 666,0. I cleared the cache and it didn't fix it. Is there anyting else i can do?

This is a list of features that were COMPLETELY CUT or REDUCED from previous iterations of The Sims. It DOES NOT include missing expansion pack content that should be base by now (i.e. Weather) or new features promised for Sims 4 that were later cut (i.e. Woohoo Skill).

Lastly, it is important to understand that much of this content will NEVER be in The Sims 4. Things like Create a Style are not compatible with the game engine, and thus cannot be added in future updates or expansions.

Currently, I have purchased all of my Sims 3 expansions on a disc. However, due to moving several times, I have lost some of the games in the unpacked stuff in the garage. Through the magic of game key retrieval on my old computer, I have registered the missing expansions on my Origin account but there is one left - University Life. It is 10 cheaper on Steam than origin, so I naturally want to buy it at the cheaper price point.

However, I don't own the sims 3 on steam and don't want to negate the cheaper price by having to purchase the base game. If I purchase the DLC as a gift for a friend (my partner) can I simply get the game key off of them and register it myself on Origin? Or can I register my base sims 3 on steam to enable myself to register it on origin?

I have bought several Sims games and expansions recently on Origin, Disks, and Steam. At this point I've purchased about 10 Steam versions of the Sims games and expansions (since I'm buying for 2 players), and FYI: all Steam Sims games and expansions/Stuff packs come with their own CD Key which can be used to register the steam-purchased copies on Origin, and allow you to download the Origin version as well. Thus the key is not "only redeemable" on steam.

COVID-19 and quarantine have ripped us from the grips of the world we were once accustomed to. It thrusted society into a new realm of virtual learning, remote working/interning, and reduced our access to activities. A place where children and teenagers could go back to school in the fall, where young adults who applied for college could go off to university for their fall semester, where adults could enjoy their summer by the pool, go to their favorite restaurants, or hit the bowling alley with their family and friends, where elders could enjoy nature and take walks in their neighborhood parks.

You have the ability to choose their traits from personality, learning, hobby, and more. These traits would ultimately affect how they act around other sims, how they would perform certain tasks, and how fast they pick up skills. I have plenty of sims myself who are creatives, art lovers, foodies, and more. These traits are fun to witness when your sims are doing something they enjoy or just simply interacting with other new sims at their jobs, school, and on the street.

After a while, you may grow tired of playing the Sims 4 at its base game level, which leads me to the discussion of expansion and game packs. These packs are used to make your gameplay in the Sims 4 ten times better.

Game packs add new features as well. These features are not of the same extent as the expansion packs, but these packs unlock unique skills your sims can obtain such as knitting, parenting, and more.

Though everything might not be back to normal just yet in real life, there is limitless potential of creating a new world in the Sims 4. From creating your own sims to the expansion and game packs, there is nothing you cannot do within the bounds of the Sims 4.

When I was a middle schooler, I always wanted to play any life simulator game, but the catch was the game had to be free. Eventually, I got bored of the games and discovered The Sims through YouTube videos. I did not buy any of the games until I saw The Sims 3: Pets on the Xbox 360. I loved it. The simulator felt like nothing I have ever played. I wanted more, so I researched The Sims and found out it was on the PC. I went ahead and bought The Sims 3 on Origin. The more I played, the more I paid for the expansion packs.
