Hi wekinator users,
I've begun work on the Wekinator again after many months of
dissertating hiatus. You can find a new stable version to download at
http://code.google.com/p/wekinator/downloads/detail?name=wekinator-2011-02-10.zip&can=2&q=
. That version has bug fixes from the summer version but is virtually
unchanged.
For those of you who want parameter smoothing in playalong scores
(i.e., the ability to construct a score that gradually changes from
one row of parameters to the next, so you can move smoothly along with
smoothly changing audio), that functionality is now in the current SVN
version. I'll be slowly adding features to the SVN version over the
coming months, and the next major release of wekinator (which I'll
make available as a .zip as well) will incorporate many new features
and bug fixes in response to all the great feedback you've shared with
me.
The Wekinator homepage at
http://wekinator.cs.princeton.edu/ has also
been updated with new information. Your name should be in the Hall of
Fame if you've used it an given me feedback! (if it's missing, let me
know.)
As always, the instructions for downloading & installing are at
http://wiki.cs.princeton.edu/index.php/ChucK/Wekinator/Instructions .
These haven't been updated recently, but it's on my TODO list.
Finally, sorry about the spam that you received in the last 24 hours.
I've changed the settings for the list so that I must now approve
people to join and post.
Hope everyone's well! If you have any questions, feedback, bugs, etc.,
please start sending them to this list and not just to me directly.
Best,
Rebecca
