WEKA package manager

Dear Ian,

I am running weka-3-6-12 on Ubuntu but it has no Package manager under the Tools menu. Is it possible to use a package manager or just there is no Package manager on weka-3-6-12.

The Package Manager comes with weka 3-7, not weka 3-6. You need to continue with 3-6-12 for the MOOCs, but you can download the latest version of 3.7 as well and use it separately for work with packages like the R package. (Despite any information you may see to the contrary, 3.7 is pretty stable and reliable.)
