Hello fellow seekers

How have you been? All of you.

Today is the 17th of April, a beautiful sunny day.

I have to apologize for not keeping this group active.

Let me tell all of you what I have been doing these days. I have been
reading a great deal of books on politics, business, management and
spirituality.

Another thing that I am doing is listening to CDs about meditation
that my friends have given me. These are about vipassana meditation
and the monks are from Myanmar. The reason for listening to these
dhamma lectures is to improve my understanding about vipassana.

I listen to these lectures again and again and take down notes. The
more I listen to these talks the more I find that there are many
levels of understanding. Each time I have a different insight even
when I am listening to the same CD.
This means that I am learning a new thing every day.

I plan to organize some dhamma lectures in the heart of Manhattan this
spring. Perhaps at the Open Center on Spring street.

discussing about meditation, send me an email.

Once again, enjoy Spring and good luck with your search for truth.

We can find truth inside our body, reflecting on the body and the mind
processes.

We can also find truth in everything that we see around us.

The pali word for this process of seeing is called "yonisaw
manasikara". This means "skillful understanding".

Hello Mr. Kyaw,

Thank you for your e-mail.  I see you have been very busy.  Congratulations.

Right now, I am back in Thailand.  I will not be able to make it to your classes but I hope you have a successful turn out.

I will be back in the US to see some patients and also teach a bit about medicine in September.  Perhaps we could meet again then.

CD's would be great as i am not technologically advanced and dont have mp3 ets.   could you remind ko htut to send me the seit badees from digby. I will gladly send you something in return for postage.   many thanks
 
By the way, I will be doing 10 days meditation at Goekkagis center in Merritt outskirts of vancouver on April 29.
