At some students's requests,
today's meeting is postponed to 3pm.
I will describe the basic setting of the encryption problem
(i.e., Sec 5.1), and direct you towards reading the definitions
ofr sedcurity (Sec 5.2.1--5.2.4). This reading material will
suffice for two weeks, and indeed we'll continue discussing
it in next week.
Yes, in contrary to my previoius thoughts,
it turns out that I can make it next week (i.e., on 17/3).
(But still, I'll be away and there will be no meetings
on the two weeks that follow -- 24/3 and 31/3)
