Hi.
For next meeting, please read Section 6.4.2 describing
how to construct general signature schemes based
on one-time signature schemes.
You may skip Sec 6.4.2.4 (which is 2 pages...).
Additional (non mandatory material):
Those interested in UOWHF may read Sec 6.4.3;
I suggest to go directly from Sec 6.4.3.1 (definition)
to Sec 6.4.3.3 (using UOWHF to do signatures),
and skip Sec 6.4.3.2 (on constructing UOWHF) at least in 1st reading.
